Sunkel Plumbing of Bloomington, IL is currently hiring for a diligent part-time Dispatcher / Customer Service Representative to provide service to our clients, as well as schedule appointments. This office position works a part-time schedule during our regular office hours and earns a competitive wage of $12 to $18 per hour, based on experience. We are plumbing industry leaders and believe that hard work can also be fun.

DISPATCHER / CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE REQUIREMENTS
In this position, you answer phones and provide excellent service to our clients with your friendly demeanor. You schedule appointments and calls for the plumbers in order to keep things running smoothly. You fill out and file paperwork and keep our office organized. As a part-time office rep, you play a critical role in our efficiency and reputation for great service. But, really, it’s not what you do but how you do it. Self-motivated and proactive, you see what needs to get done and make it happen. You enjoy interacting with both customers and technicians while keeping everything running smoothly!
